Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Jugal Jewellers, we strive to provide a clear and transparent policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for all jewellery purchases and bookings.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests can be submitted via the app, website, or by contacting our customer support at sales@jugaljewellers.in or +91 7509164444.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within one day.

2. Gold/Silver Booking Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once a Gold/Silver Booking is initiated.

3. Return Policy

We have a No Return policy for all jewellery and online purchases.

Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

4. Failed Transactions or Technical Errors

In the event of a failed transaction (e.g., payment debited but not reflected in your account), the discrepancy will be resolved within 5–7 working days, upon confirmation from our banking/payment gateway partner.
